Body repairs itself
We learn to move away beta
Relax deeply
We teach in deep sleep relaxation
We imagine our mind to be a reservoir
Mind focus on body
Life energy rushes to energise the body
Feet
Calf muscles
Knees
Thighs
Hips
Stomach
Chest
Shoulders

Neck
Head
May the almighty divine force descend upon the body and energise it
May it purify each and every cell
May the cells remain healthy and strong and fully energised
