Why would you have bad dreams?
Fear already exists in the aspirant's mind before awakening kundalini.
Unpleasant experiences are already stored in the depth of our minds.
Imbalance in biomagnetic energy

What kind of food or activities you did before going to bed?
Ideal meditation before going to bed is Shanti meditation.
3 hours gap is good between dinner and going to bed
Food must be completely digested before sleep.
Must practice Shanti meditation before going to bed
Brain starts to shut down about 45 mins before it wants to go to bed.
In Higher level meditation, the brain goes to active sleep mode.
