What are we going to do?

1. We need to downgrade your firmware to the rootable one (17.1.2.A.0.314).
2. Then root it and, install dual recovery
3. Then flash the latest 23.1.A.0.726 zip file, which is pre rooted.
4. For the safer side, i didn't include the kernel with the zip. So, we have to flash the ftf for the kernel
5. That's all!!

1. Flash tool
2. adb setup
3. Root toolkit for .314 rooting
4. Nut's dual recovery installer
5. 17.1.2.A.0.314 ftf firmware file
6. Flashable zip of 23.1.A.0.726 firmware
7. 23.1.A.0.726 ftf firmware file
